Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, as long as no trades have been executed on your account. Once a trade is placed, the option for a refund will no longer be available. To initiate a refund request, please contact us at [email protected]. Kindly note that refunds will be processed net of any fees charged by card processor and may be up to 5%.
Dispute Policy
Clients who initiate improper disputes or request chargebacks through their bank will be permanently banned from the Platform.
